Honestly, just cut some vines in the Kelp Forest. Fiber Mesh isn't exactly rocket science.
You can craft Fiber Mesh in Subnautica by finding Creepvine Samples! Just use your Survival Knife to cut the Creepvine plants in the Kelp Forest and collect those samples. Easy peasy!
Pro tip: Swim to the Kelp Forest, chop some Creepvines with your knife, and voil脿鈥擣iber Mesh ready to be crafted!
