Just grab a knife, head to the Kelp Forest, and slice off some Creepvine Samples. Then, fabricate them into Fiber Mesh. Simple as that!

Honestly, just cut some vines in the Kelp Forest. Fiber Mesh isn't exactly rocket science.

You can craft Fiber Mesh in Subnautica by finding Creepvine Samples! Just use your Survival Knife to cut the Creepvine plants in the Kelp Forest and collect those samples. Easy peasy!
