Blue Flower: Can be found around the Graveyard, inside caves, or the Secret Temple at night. Red Flower: Look for it during the day around large trees, swan pirates, and other areas with lots of greenery.
Just keep an eye out at the Graveyard or Green Zone for those flowers. Time of day matters a lot!
