To get a refund in Fortnite, go to the Settings menu, select Account and Privacy, and then submit a refund request under the “Return Request” section. You get three refund tokens for your account to return eligible items bought with V-Bucks within 30 days of purchase.

You can only refund items bought in the past 30 days using the three refund tokens given to each account. No token? No refund!

Just a heads-up, you can only refund items using V-Bucks, and you need to have refund tokens. Three tokens for a lifetime, so use them wisely!

In my experience, it’s pretty straightforward. Open Fortnite, go to Settings, then Account and Privacy, and request a return. Remember, only items bought with V-Bucks and within 30 days are eligible.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
