Actually, nope. GTA 5 doesn't have a dating system for Franklin or any of the main characters. So, you won't be able to get him a girlfriend in the traditional sense you're thinking of. The closest you get is hanging out with other characters!

Lol, Franklin can't officially get a girlfriend in GTA 5, like through a game feature or mission. The game doesn't include dating like in previous GTA titles. But hey, you can always pretend by hanging around Los Santos with a favorite NPC!
