Frost Prime can be obtained through relics. Look for Axio, Meso, and Lith relics that contain Frost Prime parts, then farm those relics in missions with high drop rates, like Void missions!

Right now, the only way to get Frost Prime is to farm for his parts from certain relics or buy him from other players in the in-game market.
