Simple: don鈥檛 kill anything, be nice to everyone, and follow up on your friendships. Eventually, you'll get to the True Lab and the ending will roll out. Good luck!

Honestly, the Neutral ending isn't bad either. Just sayin'.

Make friends, not Frisk! You've gotta spare everyone: don't kill a single monster. Also, go on a date with Papyrus and hang out with Undyne. After fighting Mettaton, go back to Snowdin and visit Alphys' lab until Flowey tells you to go to the True Lab. Finish that, and bam! Full Pacifist ending achieved.
