Do the excavation missions on Mars, like 'Elion' and 'Olympus.' They have a good drop rate for Gallium, especially when you complete more extractors.
I had great luck farming Gallium in the mission 'Tikal' on Uranus. It鈥檚 a dark sector mission, so you get more resources overall.
Just buy it from the market with Platinum. It's the fastest way, but definitely not the cheapest.
