To get the genocide route, you gotta kill every monster in each area until you get a message saying 'But nobody came.'

Sweeping through the entire game and making sure no monster is left breathing is the way to go. It’s brutal but effective!

You have to go full terminator mode and hunt down every monster. No sparing anyone, and make sure to kill them all in each area.
