To breed a Ghazt on Plant Island, combine an Entbrat with any 3-element monster. Make sure you have patience and lots of luck!
Just get an Entbrat and mix it with a 3-element monster like Clamble, Bowgart, or T-Rox. Ghazt is a rare, though!
