First, you need Ghoul race V2. For that, talk to Experimic in the Cursed Ship with 100 Ectoplasm and a Hellfire Torch. For Ghoul race V3, go see Arowe in the Green Zone and complete his quest, which usually involves defeating 5 bosses.
