To get Ghoul v4, you first need Ghoul v3. Complete the Alchemist's Flower Quest on Transylvania Island, then defeat the Zombie Boss. After that, find and talk to Experimic in the Haunted Castle. He'll give you the quest for Ghoul v4.

You gotta have Ghoul v3 and a bunch of materials. Then, go to the Haunted Castle and complete the quest. It鈥檚 a grind but worth it!
