From what I've seen, you'd need a direct connection to the Evangelist. Basically, you have to open a door to Adolla. Easier said than done, right?
Trust me, you鈥檒l need to sync with the Evangelist to get Grace. Shinra does it a couple of times, but it's not exactly a walk in the park.
Honestly, unless you have an Adolla Burst and some divine intervention, getting Grace online is impossible.
