Honestly? It's not worth the hassle. Just play it on another platform. The experience won't be the same on Vita.
GTA San Andreas isn't officially available on PS Vita, but you can still enjoy it through remote play or by installing a custom firmware (CFW) on your Vita. With CFW, you can play a ported version but remember, it's a bit of a gray area legally, so proceed with caution!
