Getting Hardmode ores in Terraria is all about smashing those Demon/Crimson Altars with the Pwnhammer you snagged from the Wall of Flesh boss. Each altar smashed blesses your world with new Hardmode ores, but careful, smashing them also spawns more enemies! And here's a pro tip: break as many as you can to maximize the ores in your world, but remember, each one destroyed also increases the chances of spawning a hard-to-deal-with wraith and spreading corruption or hallow.

Ain't nobody got time for breaking altars. Just fish for crates pre-Hardmode and open them once you're in Hardmode. You get plenty of Hardmode ores without having to deal with spreading corruption. Plus, fishing is chill.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
