My advice? Focus on completing Nightmare and Insane dungeons. They tend to drop the best healing spells!
Trade with other players. If you have something they need, you might score a healing spell without all the dungeon crawling.
You can get healing spells by running dungeons and hoping for that sweet loot drop! Check the daily rewards too - sometimes you get lucky!
