To get a heavy weapon in Warframe, you've gotta unlock the Gravimag. Complete the Profit-Taker Heist bounties on Fortuna to get the blueprint. Then, slap that Gravimag onto a heavy weapon like the Archgun, and you're good to go!

You can get heavy weapons like Archguns by crafting them in your foundry, but you need a Gravimag to make them usable in regular missions. Head to Fortuna and finish those Profit-Taker Heist Bounties to get the Gravimag blueprint. Once you have it, apply it to your Archgun, and let the mayhem begin!

Just get a Gravimag after doing some Profit-Taker Bounties on Fortuna and slap it on an Archgun. Boom, heavy weapon unlocked!
