To get a heavy weapon, called an Arch-Gun, you need the Archwing quest and then complete the Heist missions on Fortuna. Simple as that!

You can unlock one by completing the Archwing questline and then researching Arch-Gun Launchers in your Clan Dojo. Time to show those enemies who’s boss!
