To unlock the hero weapon replicas in Splatoon 2, you gotta complete each single-player campaign level with the matching hero weapon. Once you do, Sheldon will make those sweet replicas available for purchase at Ammo Knights.

Beat all the levels in Hero Mode with the weapon you want, then buy it at the shop. Easy peasy!
