You can get high end blueprints by completing daily and weekly projects, especially at higher world tiers. Don't sleep on those Control Points either, especially at Level 3 or 4 – they often drop blueprints like candy!

In The Division 2, to get high end blueprints, grind those daily and weekly projects and keep pushing those Control Points. Easy peasy!
Try tackling the invaded missions and strongholds. They reward you with some rare blueprints too. Just bring your A-game!
