To get hunted by the Stalker, you need to kill any of the boss enemies in the game. After you defeat a boss, there's a chance you'll receive an in-game message from the Stalker, marking you for death. Happy hunting!

In my experience, every time I defeated a boss, I'd check my inbox for that chilling Stalker threat. It's like clockwork.
