You can get the Hunter Adrenaline mod by doing Ghoul Purge bounties on the Plains of Eidolon when they are active. It’s a rare drop from the Ghoul Rictus and Devourer!

I got mine from Ghoul Rictus during a Ghoul Purge. Just keep farming those bounties on the Plains of Eidolon and you’ll get lucky!
