Can't get him in Sonic Generations, folks. Try playing Sonic 3 & Knuckles instead.
I tried to unlock Hyper Sonic in Sonic Generations Xbox 360, but it's not an in-game feature. Your best bet is to look for mods if you're playing on PC.
Unfortunately, Hyper Sonic isn't available in Sonic Generations. He's only featured in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. You can try using mods if you're on PC, though!
