Unfortunately, the Ice Flower isn't available in Super Mario Maker 2. Maybe one day Nintendo will add it in an update!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but no Ice Flowers in SMM2! Just gotta stick with the Fire Flower and other power-ups for now.
Hot take: Find something else! The existing power-ups are more than enough to create awesome levels. Ice Flower who?
I too searched high and low for the Ice Flower, but alas, no such luck. Just got to make do with the classics!
