To get the Ice Sickle in Terraria, you gotta go ice monster hunting during a Blizzard in the Snow Biome! It drops from Armored Vikings, Ice Elementals, and Ice Golems. The drop chance isn't super high, so you might need to pack some snacks and a good playlist because it could take a while.

Just farm Ice Golems during a Blizzard in the Snow Biome. They drop it and, honestly, if you've got decent gear, it's a breeze. Always works for me!
