Let's keep it simple, folks. Want to see the inside of a GTA 5 jail cell? Smack a police officer or do something to get a one-star wanted level without going overboard. If you resist arrest or escalate things, the cops will pull out the big guns instead of cuffing you.
Just walk up to a cop and disturb the peace. Either by punching the air near them or causing a minor traffic accident. They'll slap the cuffs on you as long as you don鈥檛 turn it into a full-blown shootout.
