It’s 2024, my friend! Builders Club got an upgrade and it's now called Roblox Premium. Just head over to the Roblox site or app and join Premium from there.

Builders Club used to be a membership offering in Roblox, but it’s now replaced with Roblox Premium. You can purchase it directly from the Roblox website under the 'Premium Membership' section!
