How to Enter True Lab in Undertale?
To unlock the True Lab in Undertale, you need to be on the True Pacifist Route. After you've spared every character, including bosses, and dated Alphys, you'll get a phone call from Undyne. Head back to Alphys' Lab, and you'll eventually gain access to the True Lab. Good luck!

Yo, make sure you're on the True Pacifist Route and have dated Alphys. Then just head back to her lab after getting a phone call from Undyne. Boom, True Lab unlocked!
From my experience, the key to accessing the True Lab is ensuring you don't harm any monsters and complete all the date/hangout events with Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys. The phone call from Undyne is your sign!
Just complete the Pacifist Route and follow the story. Easy peasy!
