To get in vitro fertilization (IVF) in BitLife, just visit the Fertility section under the Activities tab. There, you'll find the IVF option, but heads up, it costs some in-game cash!

You need to go to the 'Activities' tab and then to 'Fertility'. Choose the 'In Vitro Fertilization' option. Make sure you have enough money because it's not cheap!
