I got my Infested Hound by focusing on Deimos bounties and keeping an eye out for Son's offerings. It's a bit of a grind but totally worth it!

You need to reach Rank 1 (Agent) with the Entrati faction on Deimos. Then, purchase the 'Infested Hound Component' blueprints from Son.
