It's pretty straightforward: don't kill anyone, treat everyone with kindness, and you'll gain followers naturally. Took me a while to figure this out too!
You gotta play the game on the Pacifist route and befriend the major characters. They’ll become your followers if you do it right!
LOL you mean the monsters that follow you in the True Pacifist ending? Just be a good noodle and spare everyone!
