Build the Scanner Room with your trusty Habitat Builder and swim on in!
To get into a Scanner Room in Subnautica, you'll first need to build it using fragments you scan to unlock the blueprint. Once built, simply swim or walk up to it, and you'll be able to enter through the hatch.
Just swim to the Scanner Room after building it. Easy peasy!
