First, you'll need the Purple Tablet. You can find one inside the Degasi Seabase on the Jellyshroom Cave or in the Mountain Island. Once you have it, head to the base of the Mountain Island. Locate the entrance to the Alien Research Facility and use the Purple Tablet to get in!
