You need the laser cutter to access the Cargo Bay. Go to the Aurora, find the door with the laser cutter symbol, and cut it open. Easy peasy!

Grab a laser cutter, head to the Aurora wreck, and use it to open the Cargo Bay door. Just watch out for the Reaper Leviathan!
