Okay, so you wanna get into the FEV Lab in Fallout 4, right? First things first, you gotta head over to the Institute. It's kinda the main hub for all the sciency stuff in the game. Once you're there, make your way to the Advanced Systems area. You're looking for a room that's got a big ol' pipe leading into it - that's your ticket in. Now, the tricky part - you need to have the quest 'Virgil’s Cure' active, or this whole trip is a bust. Once you're on that quest, follow the quest marker, it will lead you through the lab and all its mutated glory.
