First, locate the Undertale folder on your PC (usually in the Steam directory if you bought it there). Open it up, and you'll find the game files ready to be explored. Just don't go changing anything unless you know what you're doing, or the game might get a little... *glitchy*.

For Steam users, right-click Undertale in your library, select 'Properties,' then 'Local Files,' and finally 'Browse Local Files.' Voila, you're in!
