Just follow the red line on the ground. Can't miss it.

Getting into the Freedom Trail in Fallout 4 is easier than finding a clean toilet in the wasteland! First, head to Boston Common, which is near the center of the map. The trail starts at the Park Street Station entrance with a circular red brick pattern on the ground and a sign that says 'The Freedom Trail'. Just follow the red brick road, or in this case, the red line and it'll lead you right to the Old North Church. Inside the church, you'll find a basement with a puzzle that leads to the Railroad HQ. Remember, the code is 'RAILROAD' to get in.

Actually, I found it by accident while running from a Deathclaw, true story! Anyway, go to Boston Common, look for the ground marker that says 'The Freedom Trail', and follow the red path. It'll take you on a historical tour and eventually to the Old North Church. Solve the puzzle there and bingo, you're in.
