To get into the Infested Room in your Orbiter, you need to be infected with the Helminth Virus, which you can get from other players who have the virus! Just stand near them and you'll be infected in no time. Enjoy your new roomie!
I've literally spent hours trying every Warframe to see if any other than Nidus can open that room, but nope. Only Nidus or a Helminth Cyst.
Simple: use Nidus. Walk up to the door, and it opens. Done.
