You can make blocks invisible by selecting a '?' block and then tapping it with the stylus. The block turns into an invisible version.
Invisible blocks = normal blocks + a little shaking action. Hold a block, give it a wiggle, and voila – it's invisible!
I think you just need to select a block and shake it until it becomes invisible. Easy peasy!
