Easy peasy! You can get iron by defeating enemies in the Rustoria Plains. They drop it as loot!
Crafting and dismantling gear! Dismantle old weapons and armor to get iron, or craft items using iron found from enemies and chests.
Buy it from NPC shops if you have the cash. Sometimes spending a bit is easier than farming.
Grinding mobs in fields or dungeons will usually get you what you need. Just don't forget to loot!
