Just buy her on the in-game market if you hate farming. It's the quickest way, but will cost you some Platinum.

To get Ivara Prime, you gotta farm her relics, which are available in various missions and bounties. Then you crack 'em open in Void Fissure missions. Good luck with that sweet RNG!
