Honestly, just play with the English voices. It's not that big of a deal, but to each their own!
Switching to Japanese voices might require changing the entire system language to Japanese. Be prepared for all menus to be in Japanese too!
Change the system language of your Switch to Japanese. Go to System Settings > Language > 日本語. That should do the trick!
