Honestly, just get a good sword and swing wildly at everything green in the Underground Jungle. The seeds will come. Or just borrow some from a friend; much easier.

Too slow? Mate, just break every bit of grass you see with a high-speed tool. No tricks, no magic, just good ol' fashioned landscaping.

The fastest way to get Jungle Grass Seeds in Terraria is by breaking the tall grass in the Underground Jungle using a weapon or tool. These seeds have a chance to drop when you do this. Make sure to have plenty of space in your inventory and just go on a spree hitting all the tall grass you see. Oh, and a little luck never hurts!

Slap a Water Candle on the ground and chug a Battle Potion. These two increase the spawn rate of mobs, but they also seem to up the drop rates of items like the Jungle Grass Seeds. More mobs, more grass, more chances. It's a numbers game, folks!
