First, get to Fortuna on Venus, then talk to Eudico in her Biz workshop. She'll have a quest called 'Vox Solaris'. Complete it and you'll unlock the K-Drive!

You can get your K-Drive by progressing through the 'Vox Solaris' quest on Venus. After that, visit the K-Drive vendors around Fortuna to customize and upgrade your hoverboard!
