To play as Knuckles & Knuckles in Sonic Mania, you need to first finish the game with any character. Once you do this, go to the main menu, select Mania Mode, enter 'No Save Mode,' and select '& Knuckles' Mode. Enjoy double the Knuckles, double the fun!
