Honestly, I just lucked out. Was doing this mega difficult dungeon with a group, and boom, there it was after the boss fight. Pure luck. But yeah, dungeons and boss fights are your best bet.
I heard they might add a craft option later? But for now, yeah, dungeons and bosses.
