I found LEGO in Infinity Craft by searching for 'Plastic Ore' in the underground caves of the Futuristic Biome. After mining some, I crafted the LEGO bricks at my crafting table. Took a while to find, but totally worth it!
You need to gather 'Plastic Ore' from the Modern City biome. Then, use your crafting table to make those LEGO bricks. Happy crafting!
