Factory, vent, parkour. Done.
To get the Lightbulb Marker in Find The Markers, head to the Factory (you'll find it on the right side of the spawn). Once inside, go to the assembly line area and look for a small vent near the back. Enter the vent, do a little parkour, and ta-da! Lightbulb Marker is yours!
The Lightbulb Marker is in the Factory. Get to the assembly line, find the vent, and parkour to your prize. I've done it myself; it's not too tricky!
