You might be able to contact Epic Games support for help if you think your V-Bucks went missing due to a bug or error. But generally, spent V-Bucks are gone for good.

Epic doesn't usually refund V-Bucks, but they might make exceptions in some rare situations. It never hurts to ask customer support.
