Honestly, just lower everything in the Graphics settings. Your Xbox will start thinking it's in the early 2000s.

Go to Settings, then Video, and lower the '3D Resolution' slider. It will make your builds look potato-ish.

In the settings menu, look for the 'Graphics' tab. Set 'Quality Presets' to Low. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
