Easy peasy! Go to System Settings > Network Settings > Configure Network > Additional Settings > Advanced Settings. Voilà, you'll see your MAC address!

Dissenting opinion: Why do you need the MAC address? Just connect your Xbox 360 to the internet and get gaming!

You just need to go to the system settings, then go to network settings, configure network, and lastly additional settings. Your MAC address should be right there under advanced settings.

I had to find mine once. Just go to System Settings, then Network Settings, select your network, choose Configure Network, head into Additional Settings, and you'll see it in Advanced Settings.
